SUBSTANCE: trocar is installed to insert a laparoscope camera in the left iliac area, the second trocar is installed in the suprapubic area, the third trocar is installed in the right iliac area. The round ligament of the liver is crossed. Sheathes of rectus abdominis muscles are brought together by applying a continuous suture from top to bottom from the upper edge of the diastasis to the lower edge of the diastasis with non-absorbable anchor thread. A two-component mesh implant in a twisted form is immersed into the abdominal cavity, straightened with a hydrophilic side to the anterior abdominal wall, and fixed with transaponeurotic sutures at pre-marked points and with a herniostapler around the perimeter. In this case, the length of the implant is equal to the length of the diastasis, and the width is equal to the width of the suture line plus 4 cm on each side.

EFFECT: method allows for the improvement of a functional and cosmetic result, provides the prevention of complications of surgical treatment of the diastasis of rectus abdominus muscles, additional strengthening of a suture zone.
