SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative gynecology. Trocars are inserted into the area of the ovaries. In this case, the opening of the cyst capsule is carried out in its most pronounced place. When removing the cyst, the tool that fixes the ovary and the tool that removes the cyst are positioned at an angle of 90°. In this case, the removal of the cyst is carried out by rotating it.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment of ovarian endometriosis and to preserve the ovarian reserve in women of reproductive age. Also, the technical result is the creation of a method that allows minimizing injuries to healthy ovarian tissue.
