FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: glass and foaming agent are crushed and mixed. A portion of the mixture is saturated with a glase suspension. The obtained mixture is laid, foamed and annealed. The mixture contains the following, wt %: scrap sheet glass 98, chalk 2; the glaze suspension contains the following, wt %: scrap sheet glass 70; scrap household glass 22; kaolin 3; zinc oxide 3; zircon 1; cobalt oxide or chromium oxide 1. Glase suspension consumption is equal to 10% of the weight of the saturated portion of the mixture. If the mixture is saturated after it is laid, the consumption of the glase suspension is equal to 5% of the weight of the saturated portion of the mixture. In another version of the invention, the mixture contains the following, wt %: scrap packing glass 97, antracite 3, and the glase suspension contains the following, wt %: scrap sheet glass 70; scrap household glass 23; kaolin 3; zinc oxide 3; zircon 1, wherein glase suspension consumption is equal to 50% of the weight of the mixture.

EFFECT: high compression and flexural strength of the glass.
