FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing of glased glass foam includes laying of a 0.5-5 mm layer of powdered glasing into a mould. Then a layer of glass foam charge is laid above the glasing layer, including ground sheet glass and a gasifier, with subsequent foaming at the temperature of 810-830°C and baking. Fusible borosilicate colour glasing is used as glasing, and foam glass contains the following components, wt %: sheet glass - 99; chalk - 1.0.
EFFECT: reduced power inputs in glass foam manufacturing.
