FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a metal rod with a shaft and a dead nozzle. On the rod the following components are installed: an air balloon, handles for retention and a trigger joined with a pneumatic valve and a shaft. In the nozzle there are holes arranged along the circle as radial to the nozzle axis and at the specified angle compensating for shaft return in process of air exhaust from the shaft. Inside the nozzle there is a heating element, with an accumulator for its heating.
EFFECT: replacement of mechanical impact effects at icicles and ice crust base.
