SUBSTANCE: complex comprises a carbonic thermal tape, providing for heating of the roof edge, an infrared or a microwave radiators for heating of gutters and a loop from a thermal cable for heating of drain pipes. All elements of the system are closed to the electronic unit operating in automatic mode according to the program within the microchip. Temperature and moisture sensors are installed on the roof cornice and gutter neck, connected to the microchip, and the remote switch is installed in the device automatics unit and is made on the basis of Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The complex is controlled remotely with the help of a control panel arranged at the operator or a person on duty in the building, it also displays information on the current status of the complex devices.
EFFECT: reduced power inputs during roof operation.
