FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device is arranged in two modifications: in the form of stationary unit - on the basis of a gas infrared heater connected to a gas manifold or a gas cylinder, or a radiation source (SHF); units are installed on brackets above a drain neck or above a roof section, where an ice crust is formed intensively. Units comprise automatics based on a microchip, where a functioning programme is installed. Temperature and moisture sensors are installed on a roof cornice and a drain neck, connected to a microchip, and a remote switch is installed in the unit of the device automatics and is arranged on the basis of Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. There is a protective grid between the radiator and the SHF-radiation unit neck.
EFFECT: reduced operational expenses for a roof.
