SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the by-products preserves production technology. Recipe components are prepared. Carrots, bulb onions and white vegetables are cut, sauteed in bone fat and milled. Sunflower flour is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. One mixes the listed components with tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, salt, cloves, black hot pepper, cloves and laurel leaf to produce a sauce. Tripe is cut and milled. The tripe, sauce and bone fat are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
