FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: to improve the reliability of local saturation extinguishing the device comprises a housing in the shape of the lateral surface of a truncated cone or cylinder of dense non-combustible flexible material and a mechanism to bring it in readiness for fire fighting, the upper base of the housing is fastened to the upper platform in the form of a circular flange, and the lower - the lower platform in the form of a ring of circular or polygonal cross-section. The flange by thrust, which axis passes through its center, is attached to the element to move the housing by mechanised means, and the mechanism to bring the housing in readiness contains a block-structured mechanism with three branches of rope passed through three equal holes made in the flange, which centers are located on the same circumference at the points of its intersection with the radii, located at an angle of 120° to each other. The upper ends of each rope are rigidly mounted in the common point located on the thrust, and the lower - on drums located and secured in a horizontal plane of the lower platform, and placed in distance from its center lying on the horizontal projection of the thrust, on the radii located at an angle 120° to each other. Each of the drums is equipped with a drive connected via communication lines to the control unit. To control the speed of opening the "bellows" the electromagnetic braking devices are provided in the form of rods clamping the moving branch of the rope to the surface of the opening and connected by lines of communication with the control unit, and as a fire extinguishing device a generator of aerosol, powder or gas compositions is used, put into operation by the lines of communication from the control unit.
