FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in producing thermal coat on surface subjected to high temperatures and ram flows coat material is prepared to be laid on surface to be protected and cured at high temperature and pressure. To prepare said coat heat-insulation material is heated and forced through extruder shaped nozzle, for example, triangular-section nozzle. Cords thus produced are applied, layer by layer, on aforesaid surface after glue is applied thereon. Every layer is made up of two cords laid in turns with pitch equal to cord section base length. First cord section base faces protected surface while second cord section vertices are laid into recesses between first cord turns. Then, heat-insulation material is cured.
EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency.
