FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: pipe includes working pipe covered with protective corrosion resistant coating, external cover, heat-insulating layer from polyurethane foam, which is located between working pipe and external cover. Centralisers with supports are located in heat-insulating layer. On external surface of working pipe there located is heating element which is made either in the form of cable, or in the form of element of induction-resistive SKIN-system, which represents tube from ferromagnetic material with conductor made from non-magnetic material and arranged in it. Heat-insulating layer is provided throughout the length of working pipe with fire-protection inserts. Protective coating exceeds heat-insulating layer as to length. Working pipe exceeds protective coating as to length so that non-insulated end sections are formed on its faces. Ratio of length of one fire-protection insert to diameter of working pipe is not less than 3.5:1.
EFFECT: complex fire safety due to using fire-protection inserts and protective coating providing the improvement of corrosion resistance and mechanical strength of pipe; easier erection; providing the possibility of safe and effective warming-up of transported oil product during operation of pipe included in oil pipeline.
