FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: experimental determination of balancing coefficients, used for further determination of the unknown mass-inertia asymmetry parameters of the balanced rotor and balancing calculation, is carried out, for which the balanced rotor is mounted in the supports of the balancing stand and then subjected to pre-resonance rotation. After achieving nominal rotation speed on the rundown, amplitude and phase of vibration vectors of the first and second supports, both in the initial state and in the presence of test loads of known mass in adjustment planes, structurally lying on rotor ends, are measured. The test loads are placed on each adjustment plane in series while attaching the test load to each of two adjustment planes twice at known angular positions differing from each other by 180 degrees. Averaged coefficients of sensitivity of the stand to values and angles of unbalance for each adjustment plane and two influence coefficients of the adjustment planes are calculated based on the measurement results. The obtained coefficients are then used to determine mass-inertia asymmetry parameters of the balanced rotor.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining unknown mass-inertia asymmetry parameters of a balanced rotor.
