SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fuel and energy resources accounting information and analytical system and method. System includes fuel and energy consumption meters for the consumers each consumed energy carrier, information signals processing means and contains the “Pulse PLC” pulse recording meters in the “Counter” mode and in the “Concentrator” mode; in the “Counter” mode the “Pulse PLC” pulse recording meter is connected to the fuel and energy resources consumption meter pulse output, in the “Concentrator” mode the “Pulse PLC” pulse recording meter is installed on the substation for each phase for the data from the “Pulse PLC” pulse recording meters in the “Counter” mode collection and transmission via the communication lines, being on the same phase, at that, the “Pulse PLC” pulse recording meter in the “Concentrator” mode is made with possibility of the “Pulse PLC” pulse recording meters in the “Counter” mode automatic polling via the PLC interface.

EFFECT: technical result is increase the fuel and energy resources consumption data collection efficiency.
