SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for monitoring and collecting electric power consumption data in distribution networks of medium and low voltage of digital power distribution zone (PDZ), which comprises digital devices of electric power metering of subscribers and data concentrators at transformer substations (TS) and provides reliability of monitoring and data collection in PDZ territory with minimum use of public communication channels due to implementation of parallel communication networks ZigBee and PLC concentrators with appliances of electricity metering subscribers and implementation of parallel wireless communication networks and PLC communication between concentrators on TS.

EFFECT: system also implements data collection of power consumption by outgoing lines on TS, interacts with telemechanics devices on TS and exchanges information with data acquisition center of digital PDZ.
