FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transducer devices and may be applied in stand-alone power supply systems, in the secondary power sources, in particular. The voltage transducer includes MIS transistor-based key element, with its drain being connected with the primary power source, and with a source being connected with induction element terminal with non-linear induction dependency from the flowing current. These elements are shunted with a diode with Schottky barrier so that diode cathode is coupled with power MIS transistor drain, while the anode is coupled with the second terminal of induction element and one of the resonance circuit induction terminal, and the other terminal is coupled with the potential armature of resonance circuit capacitor, coupled with induction terminal of resonance circuit capacitor connected to the induction terminal of an output filter and to reverse biased regenerative diode. The second induction terminal of output filter is connected with the potential armature of output filter capacitor, and anode of regenerative diode and other armatures of resonance circuit capacitors and output filters are integrated and connected to the common bys of transducer. The voltage transducer input is coupled with the first source of electric energy, while the output - with load resistance. The novelty of device is an installation of induction element with linear dependency of induction from flowing current.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of voltage transducer due to reduced number of dynamic losses by eliminating reverse recovery process in field MIS transistor of diode.
