FIELD: engineering of transforming equipment, possible use for engineering autonomous electric supply systems, in particular, secondary power sources with transformer-less output.
SUBSTANCE: voltage transformer contains key element in circuit of serially connected resonance inductance, one output of which is connected to output of key element, and another output - to potential armature of resonance contour capacitor, connected to cathode of reverse-shifted recuperative diode and output of inductance of output filter, another output of which is connected to potential armature of capacitor of output filter, while anode of recuperative diode and other armatures of coefficients of resonance contour and output filter are combined and connected to common bus of transformer. Voltage transformer input is connected to primary electric energy source, and output - to load resistance RL. Newly introduced to device is the key element made in form of two oppositely-serially connected force MOS transistors in such a way, that their common point are sources, and controlling signal is sent between common point and mutually connected gates.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, increased specific power.
