FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture, in particular - to bee keeping. The proposed method to unite bee families including stocking of bees into one beehive at least from two different bee families with installation of appropriate frames into this beehive, consists in the following. Previously, prior to uniting weak bee families, at least once chopped onion with sharp smell is placed onto the bottom of the beehive, in which the bee families will be united. Then the beehive nest is expanded by alternating installation of frames with hatching, sowing and empty combs from the other beehive, afterwards the bees left in the remaining section beehive are poured to the beehive frames with united bee families. If required, largest onion pieces on the bottom of the beehive are fixed by pinning or by means of their installation in slots, grooves, corners available on the bottom, thus preventing fast removal of cut onions from the beehive by bees.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of the technology for uniting bee families.
