SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. For breeding honey-bee colonies the hives and frames are prepared and disinfected. Before the formation of a new bee colony at least two frames with empty comb are placed for 2-5 minutes on top of the frames of the mother hive and provide the bees with the opportunity to stay in the comb of these frames. Then in the hive, located next to the royal hive, at least one frame with open brood and seeding from the mother hive is installed, and the frames with bees settled there when putting on the mother hive is installed on both sides of the frame with open brood and seeding, the nest is limited with walls.

EFFECT: invention facilitates the work of the beekeeper, increases the number of bee colonies with no inhibition of their development.
