METHOD OF PROTECTING VISCERAL ORGANS DURING OPERATIONS OF AORTA PROSTHETICS IN RENAL AND SUPRARHENAL ANEURISMAS Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61B17/12 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardio-vascular surgery. Retroperitoneal access to aorta through left-side thoracofrenolaparotomy is performed. Aortomy is carried out under conditions of simple cross-clamping with clamps, installed in proximal and distal parts of aorta. After aortomy clamp from proximal part of aorta is removed and temporary bypass graft is introduced into it in proximal direction. Bypass graft consists of external tube of large diameter with inflatable balloon for blocking blood flow in aorta and five internal tubes of smaller diameter. Distal ends of tubes are introduced into orifices of visceral arteries and are taken on tourniquets. When balloon of external tube is inflated, lumen of aorta is obturated more proximally than aneurisma neck. Blood flow to visceral arteries is realised bypassing aneurisma on internal tubes-bypasses.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of surgical treatment due to adequate blood supply of internal organs and maximal reduction of risk of development of post-operation acute renal failure.
