METHOD OF REDUCING ISCHEMIC INJURY OF VISCERAL ORGANS AND KIDNEYS IN PROSTHETIC REPAIR OF THORACOABDOMINAL AORTA Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61M1/10 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery, anaesthesiology-resuscitation and perfusion. Visceral organs and kidney perfusion is perfused by extracorporeal contour. Extracorporeal contour consists of an oxygenator, a roller pump, an arterial microfilter, tees and tubes of polyvinylchloride for connection of extracorporeal circuit components. At that, outlet tube of arterial microfilter is coupled with one T-piece 1/4-1/4-1/4, which is connected to two tubes of PVC with diameter of 6.4 mm. Then four tee-pipes of polyvinyl chloride with diameter of 4.8 mm are attached to them through two tees 1/4-3/16-3/16, which are combined with four Luer-lock type threads with four balloon catheters of external diameter 13 Fr, which record blood pressure in the celiac, upper mesenteric artery, right and left renal arteries. That is followed by selective perfusion with such volumetric rates as blood volume velocities in these arteries in outcome, creating perfusion pressure in them from 60 to 100 mm Hg.

EFFECT: method enables continuous monitoring of arterial pressure in visceral and renal arteries, and also by means of roller pump correcting it to required parameters, wherein by increasing the diameter of the polyvinyl chloride tubes constituting the circuit, reducing the peripheral resistance of the extracorporeal contour.
