FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method for production of water dispersions of spherical nano-particles of birch bark triterpenoids envisages dissolution of a birch dry extract in organic solvents and water injection into the produced solution; before water injection one introduces into the birch dry extract liquid compound ethers of fatty acids (in an amount of 1% - 10% of the birch dry extract weight) used in food industry under ordinary conditions.
EFFECT: invention allows to enhance stability of spherical nano-particles dispersions produced of birch bark extracts as well as enhance monodispersity and morphological homogeneity of particles composing the dispersion phase.
