FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical milling. Birch bark not pre-divided into silver bark and inner bark is grinded that is followed with extraction with nonpolar solvent. Prepared extract is processed with water alkali during 1.5-2.0 h and followed with betulin recovery. Residual bark is activated in explosive autohydrolyzate environment. Then it is extracted with aqueous-alcoholic-alkaline solution to produce bark extract. After bark extract is prepared, residual bark is carbonised in water boiler reactor to produce carbonic sorbent.
EFFECT: invention allows for higher yield of extractive substances and betulin.
