FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method of determining substance distribution, including medicinal and diagnostic substances, in spherical amorphous nanoparticles by means of sequential extraction of these particles dispersions by organic solvents immiscible with a dispersion medium and boundedly dissolving a nanoparticle material followed by evaluating the released substance concentration in the extracts.
EFFECT: method allows detecting the functional groups on a surface of spherical amorphous nanoparticles and thereby the directions of possible modification of their surface.
