FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for producing, for example, clips. Proposed method comprises incising metal tape on one or both sides to make wire threads jointed by webs. To transform said webs into smooth, easily detachable webs, wire tape is subjected to repeated bending. Note here that every web is subjected to repeated flexural strain around its lengthwise axis to cause fatigue failure, hence, cracks that make aforesaid separation web.
EFFECT: hase of production, higher quality.
