STRUCTURAL UNIT WITH LASER TRACK AND METHOD OF ITS FABRICATION Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC B28D5/00 B23K26/06 C03B33/09 H01L21/78

Abstract RU 2542056 C2

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to structural unit that has laser track making the fracture initiation line composed of recesses produced by laser beam for preparation of the next separation of said unit to separate structural elements. Distance between nearby recesses is smaller than or equal the diameter of said recesses measured at structural unit surface. Note here that said laser track is combined with the recesses in separate structural element.

EFFECT: regular edges of the fracture.
