FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used at production of round and shaped wire for simultaneous removal of flash from several threads of rolled wire. Rolled wire threads after pair of separator rolls are pulled off by spreader roll device to even and odd threads to make two spaced apart branches of rolled wore threads. Then, both branches are forced by adjustable pull tension through flash removal station with appropriate cutting edges. Strain rate is selected so that notch angle and cutting edge setting angle allows automatic axial centring and uniform ship removal from both sides of rolled wore threads. Now, rolled wire threads are integrated at pull device in the common branch of rolled wire threads. Invention describes structural features of the device for implementation of above described method.
EFFECT: efficient flash removal from several rolled wire threads at once.
