SUBSTANCE: one proposes microorganisms consortium consisting of the following four strains: Bifidobacterium bifidum 791, Bifidobacterium Iongum B-379M, Lactobacillus acidophilus NK-1, Streptococcus thermophilus 132.

EFFECT: consortium ripens milk in 6 hours in case of 5% starter introduction and is characterised by the ability to survive and develop in the human gut against the backdrop of antibiotic therapy.
