FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: sheet has texture orientation, mainly {110}<001>. Film of Ni-Fe alloy of the following composition is formed at least on one surface of steel sheet: Fe: 10 to 50 wt % and Ni: 90 to 50 wt %. Besides, stressed coating on surface of film of Ni-Fe alloy is formed at least on one surface of steel sheet. Roughness of boundary surface between film of Ni-Fe alloy and stressed coating is not more than roughness of boundary surface between film of Ni-Fe alloy and iron base.
EFFECT: steel sheet has high magnetic properties, low losses in core and high density of magnetic flux.
