SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. The slab is heated, hot rolled, the hot-rolled sheet is annealed, at least two operations of cool rolling of the hot-rolled sheet are performed with a process annealing between them to obtain a cold-rolled steel sheet of final thickness, annealing for primary recrystallisation and then annealing for secondary recrystallisation of the cold-rolled steel sheet, meanwhile before any cool rolling operation, except for final cool rolling a heat treatment is performed at the temperature 500-700°C.

EFFECT: sheet from the textured electric steel within the present invention has due to the use of the transformation austenite-ferrite the excellent magnetic properties after the secondary recrystallisation.
