SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method, a system and apparatus for dividing a computing task into microtasks and designating execution of the microtasks over a time interval when required resources match one or more availability criteria. The microtasks are executed constantly, although only and only when resources required by the microtasks are not required by other tasks. The program which executes said method can operate for the entire time the computer is on without detriment to execution of other programs running in the same computing system.
