FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardiology and endocrinology. Patients' waist circumference (WC) is measured. In whole blood determined is level of glycosylated hemoglobin (GH), and in serum - levels of cholesterol of high-density lipotroteids (LI) and free testosterone (FT). For male patients value of FT level is determined in ng/ml, and for female patients FT level is given numerical value, equal minus "1". Expression of disorder of sympathetic heart innervation (HI) is determined. By the scale of Neuropathy Dysability score expression of peripheral polyneuropathy (PP) is determined. Performed is echocardiographic examination, by results of which coefficient of left ventricle hypertrophy (CH) is determined. If left ventricle hypertrophy is present CH value is given numerical value, equal "1", if it is absent CH value is given numerical value equal "O". Coefficient of diastolic dysfunction of I type of left ventricle (CD) is determined. If type I dysfunction of left ventricle is present, CH value is given numerical value, equal "1", in case of its absence CD is given numerical value, equal "0". Duration of disease of CD 2 type (DCD) and heredity coefficient (HC) is determined. If both IHD and CD 2 type are absent in all close relatives, HC is given numerical value equal "0". If one or several close relatives have the same disease or IHD, or CH2 type, HC is given numerical value, equal "1". In other cases HC is given numerical value, equal "2". Coefficient of gender identity (CG) is determined. For males CG value is taken equal "1", for females - "o". After that coefficient of presence of myocardium painless ischemia (C) is calculated.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to extend area of application and makes it possible with high degree of reliability to diagnose painless myocardium ischemia in patients CD 2 type due to taking into account pathogenic mechanisms of disease development in patients CD- type 2 patients.
