The clinical and anamnestic data are found for the patient: the shape of atrial fibrillation (AF) and the size of the left atrium in mm (LA), based on the echocardiographic study, and the type of remodelling of the left ventricle (EHLV). The above data are used to calculate the probability of developing left atrial appendage thrombosis by the original mathematical formula.
EFFECT: possibility of more accurate diagnostics; high sensitivity and specificity.
