FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. Uninterrupted intracutaneous suture is applied. Short lateral stitches are made successively in derma thickness in such a way that place of needle prick out from one side corresponded with place of prick out from the other side. Lateral stitches are passed bidirectionally at acute angle to skin surface.
EFFECT: method ensures optimal approximation of wound edges, increases adapted area of contacting derma surfaces, healing in short terms and improved cosmetic result.
