SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relate to medicine. Tubular device in assemble for controlling intestine is intended for removal of bad-smelling substances from rectum. Device contains plastic silicone-based tube with central canal for bad-smelling substances, external end of which is put into and held in rectum. Plastic tube extends from rectum for removal of bed-smelling substances from body. Plastic tubular insulating element includes smell-isolating material. Flexible silicone-based tube and flexible tubular insulating element are placed one into another in such a way, that flexible tubular insulating element ensures smell-isolation, reducing release of smell from unpleasantly smelling substances through flexible silicone-based tube. Second version of tubular device and methods of producing tubular devices are described.
