FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery. Surgical implant comprises a flexible basic structure, which is a mesh structure having pores and having a surface having an area, and an opposite surface, and a plurality of portions of a resorbable film attached to the surface of the basic structure, wherein the portions of the film have a total area, wherein each portion of the film comprises a plurality of solid protrusions emerging from a respective portion of the film in a direction away from the basic structure, the portions of the film being connected by spacers and extending into the pores, and the protrusions emerging from the portions of the film away from the surface of the mesh structure and from the opposite surface of the mesh structure. In order to make a surgical implant, a mould is provided, comprising a series of cavities, each cavity having the shape of one protrusion, the mould is filled with a liquid material forming the film portions and protrusions in accordance with a pattern defining the shape and location of the film portions, the liquid material is cured, the film portions are attached to the basic structure, wherein the protrusions are directed away from the basic structure, and the mould is removed.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to improve the fixation of the implant.
