FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of tubes from rolled strip and may be used in tube welding or pickling machines, lengthwise cutting machines and strip rewind machines. Hydraulic clamp comprises two hydraulic cylinders and controlled hydraulic hardware made up of three hydraulic control assemblies. First hydraulic control assembly is communicated with first hydraulic cylinder and equipped with check and reduction valves to be communicated with pump and safety and check valves for communication with drain line. Second hydraulic control assembly is equipped with hydraulic lock for communication with second hydraulic cylinder while third hydraulic control assembly is furnished with restrictor for communication with drain line.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
