FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses compounds of formula (I) and formula (IV) with radicals given in the description. Said compounds have inhibiting activity on production of MMP-9, hence they can be used as a medicinal agent with fewer side effects than conventional inhibitors of the enzymatic activity of MMP, as a preventive and therapeutic medicinal agent from oncogenic angiogenesis, chronic rheumatoid arthritis, thickening of the inner coat of vessels after transcutaneous coronary transluminal angioplasty, atherosclerosis of vessels, haemorrhagic stroke, acute myocardial infarction, chronic heart failure, aneurism, metastases of pulmonary cancer, respiratory distress syndrome in adults, asthma, interstitial pulmonary fibrosis, chronic rhinosinusitis, bronchitis or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
EFFECT: obtaining compounds which have inhibiting activity on production of MMP-9.
