FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: method of drill mud preparation consists in stirring of water solution of drilling mud powder with the following injection of hydrocarbon component till obtaining emulsion, the obtained solution undergoes mechanochemical activation with the aid of impact apparatus equipped with rotating disks, note that disk rotation speed is set to 13500 - 14500 rpm. Disintegrator is used as impact apparatus the disks of which are equipped with pins-impact bars and rotate round their axes in opposite directions.
EFFECT: improvement of emulsion drilling mud processing efficiency: improvement of its structural-rheological, filtration and lubricating characteristics.
