SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the heavy hydrocarbon feedstock processing method, in particular, produced after the crude oil atmospheric distillation or vacuum distillation. Heavy hydrocarbon feedstock processing method, having initial boiling point of at least 300°C, comprising the following stages: a) at least the said feedstock portion hydro conversion stage in the presence of hydrogen in at least one three-phase reactor, wherein the said reactor comprises at least one hydro conversion catalyst and operates in the fluidized bed with the liquid and gas upward flow and comprises the said catalyst from said reactor at least one recovering means and at least one fresh catalyst supply means to the said reactor under conditions providing the liquid feedstock production with the low carbon content according to Conradson, metals, sulfur and nitrogen, b) stage of the flow from stage a) separation to produce the light liquid fraction boiling at a temperature below 300°C, and the heavy liquid fraction boiling at a temperature above 300°C, c) selective de-asphalting stage of at least a portion of the heavy liquid fraction, boiling at a temperature above 300°C flowing from the stage b), by the liquid / liquid extraction in one stage in the extraction medium, wherein the said extraction is carried out using the mixture of at least one polar solvent and at least one non-polar solvent with the asphalt phase and the de-asphalted DAO oil fraction production, wherein ratio of the said polar solvent to the said non-polar solvent of the solvents mixture is adjusted in accordance with the feedstock properties and the asphalt desired yield, at that, the de-asphalting stage is carried out under conditions that are subcritical for the said solvents mixture, d) recirculation stage of at least a portion of the said de-asphalted DAO oil fraction flowing from stage c), before of the hydro conversion stage a) and / or the input into the separation stage b), wherein the polar solvent is pure aromatic or naphthenic aromatic solvent.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the valorized raw materials conversion degree and minimization of the same deposits formation in equipment located downstream of the hydro conversion plants.
