SUBSTANCE: pipeline is installed on the bottom of a prepared trench, the pipeline, the bottom, side surfaces and a bench of the trench are coated with a flexible carpet, soil with preset properties is filled to the level of the upper generatrix of the pipeline, the flexible carpet is unfolded on the flat surface of the fill, then soil-retention partitions are arranged from soil with preset properties, partitions and gaps between them are covered with a flexible carpet, afterwards the soil from the dump is used to fill gaps between partitions, simultaneously forming an outer roll of the fill.

EFFECT: invention prevents floating and washing-out of an underground pipeline on trench slopes in conditions of sliding ice soil, which is achieved by increasing its resistance in the trench against the possible shift of a massif along a slope.
