FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: on a deeper section of a bottom in the middle part of a water reservoir along a pipeline route a heavy board is installed with an accessory to fix an underwater section of a pipeline. When installing the pipeline, it is placed along the water reservoir shore, and an underwater part profile is shaped as complying with the cross profile of the water reservoir. Further a steep wire rope of a hoist installed on the opposite shore is fixed to a free end of the pipeline. With the help of this rope a shaped section of a floating pipeline by means of its rotation in the horizontal plane around the other fixed end by means of a section of a flexible element and a stand is moved along the water reservoir surface to axial alignment of the ends of the shaped underwater part of the pipeline adjacent to surface sections of the manifold pipeline. Then ends are connected with surface sections with the help of nozzles that may rotate relative to the longitudinal axis of the manifold pipeline. Afterwards the inner cavity of the pipeline is filled with water, which provides for rotation of a floating pipeline part around the specified nozzles, and its middle part is placed above the heavy board. After fixation of the pipeline on the board, water from its inner cavity is removed. Subsequent repair of the underwater pipeline section is carried out by means of its detachment from the board and blowdown with compressed air, providing for floating of a pipeline to the water reservoir surface with rotation of a submerged part of the pipeline relative to the nozzles.
EFFECT: expanded arsenal of technical means, simplified technology to repair an underwater pipe reducer and shorter timing of repair works.
