SUBSTANCE: method to control the metal-cylinder efficiency involves a comparison of the measured values of allowable increment capacity of the tested cylinder under the influence of increased internal pressure which is measured by the volume of liquid pumped into the tank in the process of increasing internal pressure. A control unit includes a reservoir (1) for water, a measuring cup (3), a hydraulic pump (5), a pressure gauge (12), a piping system with valves and the means of connecting pipelines with the metal cylinder. Measure vessel (3) is provided with the means of measuring the volume of liquid pumped into the controlled metal-plastic cylinder (11). The first pipeline (6) connects tank (1), hydraulic pump (5), measuring cup (3) and the environment. In pipeline (6) between reservoir (1), hydraulic pump (5) and the vessel (3) a three-way valve is installed (8), and next to tank (1) and measuring cup (3) shut-off valves (9), (10) are located. The second line (7) sequentially connects hydraulic pump (5), medium (73) of connection to metal cylinder (11), pressure gauge (12) and the environment. Next to hydraulic pump (5) and manometer (12) on the second line (7) the shut-off valves are installed (13) (14).
EFFECT: use of the invention will provide high reliability of monitoring and ease of its implementation.
