Abstract RU 2239748 C2

FIELD: cylinder tests, particularly acceptance tests, namely fracture tests.

SUBSTANCE: method involves filling cylinder lining with viscous fluid substance and increasing hydraulic pressure inside liner up to full cylinder destruction. Aqueous clay suspension if used as viscous substance. Pressure inside lining is increased at a rate of not more than 1.4 MPa/s up to 80% of design destruction pressure and then at rate of not more than 0.35 MPa/s. After reaching design pressure the cylinder is kept for not less than 5 c and then pressure is increased up to cylinder destruction along with real pressure recording.

EFFECT: reduced test cost.
