SUBSTANCE: in wind-proof deflector containing shaped shell made of insulated plates in the form of a geometrical body, mainly body of rotation, at that, between plates there are gaps, and installed with annular gap by means of brackets on flame burner, according to invention, the plates of the shell form helical surface with a number of generatrixes, which is equal to the number of plates.

EFFECT: creation of wind-proof deflector the design of which will allow the protection of flame envelope against action of wind loads, namely against flame blow-out by gusts of wind, and will provide effective mixture formation of burnt components with air.
