FLAME TIP Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC F23D14/20

Abstract RU 2382943 C1

FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to gas burner devices and can be used e.g. in gas industry for firing gases with increased content of compounds of sulphurated hydrogen and carbon oxides. Flame tip for firing gases includes LP and HP fuel gas heads, gas line containing impurities. Heads of LP and HP flames are installed coaxially and with a gap in a shaped shell, mainly of cylindrical shape in close proximity to each other. HP head is made in the form of a hollow shell, mainly of cylindrical shape, inside which there installed is gas-dynamic gate, and in outlet part there is the device for giving rotational movement to the flow and which is made e.g. in the form of several plates installed at an angle to head axis. LP head is made in the form of hollow shell, mainly of cylindrical shape and inside which there installed is supply pipeline of gas containing impurities; at that, outlet section of gas pipeline containing impurities opens to confuser installed inside the above head; between inlet confuser section and outlet head section there installed is gas-dynamic gate. In outlet part of LP head there installed is device for giving rotational movement to the flow and which is made e.g. in the form of several plates installed at an angle to head axis.

EFFECT: development of flame tip, the construction of which allows providing smoke-free combustion of waste gases of high, low pressure and hydrogen sulphade containing gases included in flame plant.
