FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: nanoparticles of carbonyl iron are introduced into kerosene; as such used are magnetite particles with size from 5.0 to 10.0 nanometers, covered with oleic acid. After that, kerosene with nanoparticles of carbonyl iron is sprayed in 20-30 mcm drops into chamber with spiral rotating magnetic field. Glass powder is supplied into the same chamber by primary gas-air mixture, after which flow of primary gas-air mixture is supplied into fire flow, where kerosene evaporates, and nanoparticles of carbonyl iron are embedded into liquid glass, from which microballs and microspheres are formed.
EFFECT: production of balls, interacting with magnetic field.
