SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal machining and may be used in machine building. Proposed cutter comprises disc electrode, electrode motor drive, power supply, power cable to supply voltage to disc electrode. Besides proposed cutter is equipped with three electrode vibration killers rigidly secured to electrode case by insulation gaskets and arranged at 120° to each other. Note here that every vibration killer is made up of bronze shoe provided with permanent or electric magnet with ferromagnetic lubricant applied on its surface.

EFFECT: expanded operating performances, reduced metal consumption.
