FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a heat-insulating composition, which includes feeding into a liquid glass composition binder, filler in the form of glass microspheres, carbon microfibers with fibrils and dyes. The method is characterised by that it includes mixing surfactant liquid - oleic acid taken in amount of 13.5-15.2% of the volume of the composition, with magnetite nanoparticles with size of 10-20 nm, coated with a surfactant - oleic acid in amount of 8-10% of the volume of the composition, applying a rotating electromagnetic field with field strength of 700-800 kA/m, when the mixture of the surfactant - oleic acid and magnetite nanoparticles begins to rotate, adding liquid glass in amount of 10-15% of the volume of the composition, adding glass microspheres in amount of 20-25% of the volume of the composition and performing 5000-6000 rpm of a rotating magnetic field (for 3-4 minutes at the rotation frequency of the magnetic field of 1500 rpm), adding to the rotating mixture of surfactant - oleic acid, magnetite nanoparticles and liquid glass, glass microspheres in amount of 30-35% of the volume of the composition and performing not less than 10000 rpm of a rotating electromagnetic field (not less than 7 minutes at rotation frequency of the magnetic field of 1500 rpm), adding to the mixture of surfactant - oleic acid carbon microfibers with fibrils in amount of 5-7% of the volume of the composition, dyes in amount of 2-3% of the volume of the composition and adding liquid glass to a given volume of the composition and applying a rotating electromagnetic field with not less than 15000 rpm (not less than 10 minutes at rotation frequency of the magnetic field of 1500 rpm).

EFFECT: use of the present invention improves homogeneity of distribution of glass microspheres and different filler materials on the entire volume of the composition and prevents mutual contact thereof.
