FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: station .(e.g. base station or terminal) can experience intense interference and can send request for interference reduction to interfering stations. The request can be valid for time period covering multiple reply periods. Each interfering station may approve or reject request in each reply period, can reject request through executing transmission at full power, and can approve request through executing transmission at lower power level than full power. Station can receive reply from each interfering station which reply would indicate approval or rejection of request by this interfering station in each reply period. Station can evaluate SINR ratio based on reply received from each of interfering stations and can communicate with other station on the basis of evaluated SINR ratio.

EFFECT: permanent interference reduction can decrease overhead signalling and improve employment of resources and performance.
