SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to treat hammer toe deformity. After arthrotomy, an oblique subcapitate osteotomy of the proximal phalanx is performed at the level of the distal third, cutting at an angle with respect to the horizontal axis of the proximal phalanx. The head of the phalanx is displaced along the osteotomy plane, achieving correction of the deformity of the proximal interphalangeal joint. Fixation of bone fragments of the proximal phalanx is carried out percutaneously with two needles, each of which passes through both bone fragments of the proximal phalanx at an angle to the axis of the proximal phalanx. The ends of the spokes are bent and fixed together with a coupling; the bone visor of the proximal fragment, formed when the head of the phalanx is displaced posteriorly, is resected.

EFFECT: method provides reduction of postoperative healing time, early restoration of the function of the proximal interphalangeal joint and reduction of the risk of deformity recurrence due to osteotomy and fixation techniques.
